                      'The  role  requires  that  the  person  is  understanding,  non-judgmental,  diplomatic  and  observe  a  level  of  confidentiality  as  users  may  disclose  personal  issues,  especially  of  a  financial  nature.  Younger  and  inexperienced  volunteers  will  be  supported  in  developing  these  traits.\nThe  role  requires  commitment,  reliability  and  consistency.  It  will  involve  some  lifting.\nAs  we  try  to  pass  on  tips  on  using  up/cooking  with  foods,  knowledge  of  this  area  is  desirable,  but  not  essential.\nIt  is  desirable  that  volunteers  undertake  a  level  2  food  hygiene  course  (either  online  or  in  person  to  be  covered  by  LCBC)  or  have  a  good  understanding  of  food  hygiene  and  be  able  to  follow  procedures.',
