Volunteer Reflexologist

To work in a professional and confidential manner providing suitable reflexology treatments to patients/carers who have been assessed by senior staff and to be sensitive to their needs.
To keep accurate records.
To liaise with the wider multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

Providing suitable reflexology treatments to patients/carers who have been assessed by senior staff and to be sensitive to their needs.

Skills & Qualities

Reflexology Qualification Level 3.
Registration with FHT, CNHC or IFPA.
Public Liability Insurance (PLI) valid and in date.

Training and Support Offered/Expenses

Any agreed out of pocket expenses that are incurred when carrying out the volunteer role will be reimbursed.

All Volunteers in this department are strongly encouraged to have a Hep B and a Varicella (chicken pox) vaccination.
Those with a definite history of chicken pox or shingles can be considered protected against Varicella.
You should organise this via your GP if they offer this free of charge. If not please let the volunteer department know so we can arrange for you to be referred to our Occupational Health providers for these vaccinations
