The purpose of a charity operations director is to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, and ensure that all operational aspects of the charity are running smoothly and efficiently. This may include tasks such as managing staff, creating and implementing policies and procedures, budgeting and financial management, and managing administrative functions such as IT and human resources. Additionally, the charity operations director may work closely with the executive director or CEO of the organisation to develop and implement strategic plans, and ensure that the organisation is meeting its mission and goals. The ultimate goal is to ensure the sustainability of the charity by making sure that the operations are well-run, financially stable and effectively deliver the intended services.

Role currently available and open to application. We are based within the centre of Consett.

Training and Support Offered/Expenses

Relevant training will be provided where needed. This role will entail working closely with the CEO which includes support within the role and development. Petrol Expenses can be claimed.
