We are looking to recruit Volunteers to join our well established Team of Volunteers, who support young people at TODYS’ weekly Social Club. Volunteers are also invited to support on TODYS’ Family Days Out.
TODYS, affiliated to MENCAP, was set up in 2000 to provide support for young people with disabilities and their families. We aim to organise Family Days Out throughout the year, and we run a Thursday evening Social Club for Youngsters from 11years upwards.
Do you enjoy sports, dance, art, crafts, baking - and sharing your skills?
Do you enjoy socialising? Are you a good role model?
TODYS Volunteers work in a team to support Youngsters with a range of disabilities at a weekly Youth Club, and Young Adults at a Social Club, with & under the direction of the Club Leader.
TODYS organises trips - outings in the minibus, family days out, trips to the theatre, residential activity breaks.
None of these would be possible without support from Volunteers.
