Sacriston Youth Project provides opportunities, advice, and guidance in an environment where children and young people up to 19 years old can thrive.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Board of Trustees.
We are looking to recruit people who will work with the existing Trustees and Charity Manager in setting the direction of the project and ensuring it continues to deliver for children and young people in the area who access our activities and opportunities.
We are particularly looking for people with experience in fundraising and/or administrative skills. But most importantly, you will be committed and caring and have the best interests of children and young people at heart.
You will understand, or be willing to learn, what it means to be a Trustee.
Trustees meet every 2 months via teams or at the hub in Sacriston.
We seek expressions of interest from all groups, but it is a legal requirement that you are at least 18 years old.
