The Operational Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination and execution of Expression Fashion show. The role requires exceptional organisation skills, a knack for creative problem solving, and the ability to manage multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have a passion for non-profit work and the ability to engage and motivate a diverse team of volunteers.
Developing and maintaining project plans outlining all aspects of the show
Collaborate with the creative project manager to formulate a vision for the show
Coordinate with designers, models and vendors to ensure all elements of the show are aligned
Establish a budget for the fashion show and cooperate with the financial company director
Recruit, train and manage a team of volunteers and staff and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all team members are clear on deadlines
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute a comprehensive promotional strategy
No formal education, training or experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel
Strong leadership, organisational and time management skills
Passion for the non-profit sector and the commitment to the organisation's mission
Passion for LGBTQ+ issues
There is no pre-set schedule or location, and we will work around your employment or academic schedule.
In-house training for project management, administration, GDPR, Microsoft Project.
