To provide operational support for the retail team funding essential children's services
Providing face to face customer service, processing and pricing donations, research & valuation of product, visual merchandising, maintaining key Health & Safety practices, some basic entry level computer work and basic housekeeping
Applications welcomed from all backgrounds and levels of experience, ongoing training will be provided relevant to the role with additional training available for those wishing to learn and develop further
The store is located at Unit 12 Dragonville Retail Park, Dragon Lane, Durham. DH1 2WP with days, times & hours of volunteering flexible to suit the individuals availability within the store's normal trading times which are Monday to Saturday 09:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-16:00
A full company induction and training program are available with ongoing support and guidance provided from line management. Additional training modules are also available for those seeking further development
Work as part of a team, meet new people and develop new skills and experience with ongoing training whilst providing essential support to the funding of children's services, employee discount is available and free tea, coffee and biscuits
